El tast ha estat genial, el primer vi ha impactat, una mostra del que serà el vi blanc 2009 en primícia! molt sorprenent ;)

També hem tastat el blanc 2009, sorperentment l'Anna encara guardava una caixeta de 6 botelles, quina sort!!, i hem trobat flor blanca, matisos de roure molt ben integrats, flor de taronger, cítrics madurs i una acidesa important que l'hi dóna llargada i volum al vi.

L'acústic 2007 amb molta fruita vermella com és d'esperar i també regalèssia, molta regalèssia deien alguns ;)

El Braó amb una alta elegància i expressió, es desmaraca de la resta!

L'Auditori ha agradat moltíssim, hem trobat una perfil similar als vins elaborats a la Borgonya, un estil de vi molt floral i femení, amb bastanta acidesa que l'hi donarà una llarga vida.

2007 Acustic Celler Garnatxa Auditori Montsant
($80) Vivid purple; this is awfully dark for the variety. Seductively perfumed bouquet of black raspberry, boysenberry, incense, potpourri and Asian spices. Velvety red and dark berry flavors show liqueur-like depth and sweetness, with a racy vein of acidity adding energy. Gentle tannins add support and focus to the long, impressively pure and juicy finish. This is delicious now but I'd give it a few more years to move beyond the fruit-driven stage and gain complexity. 2007 Acustic Celler Brao Montsant
($40; a 50/50 blend of garnatxa and samso) Bright purple. Cherry, redcurrant, cinnamon and fruitcake on the nose. Sweet red fruit flavors are framed by fine-grained tannins and given lift by blood orange and mineral qualities. Pinot-like in its focus and delicacy, with strong finishing notes of strawberry and spices. No fat on this wine.

2006 Acustic Celler Brao Montsant
($40; a 50/50 blend of garnacha and samso, which is local dialect for carignan) Inky purple color. Black cherry, cocoa and sexy oak spices on the nose. Fresh dark berry and cherry flavors are brightened by cinnamon and clove, picking up numbing white pepper on the back end. Plenty fat and sweet but also brisk, with suave vanilla and cola character on the lengthy finish.

2006 Acustic Celler Montsant
($20; 55% samso and 45% garnacha) Deep red with a bright rim. Compelling, scented bouquet of redcurrant, raspberry, fresh rose and minerals. Juicy red berry flavors pack solid punch but are surprisingly lithe, with good back-end lift and snap. Brisk red berry skin qualities dominate the long, taut finish. I really like this wine's energy.

($20) Bright red. Vibrant red berry aromas deliver straightforward, floral-accented appeal. Lively strawberry and raspberry flavors are medium in weight and fresh, with no obvious tannins. Silky and persistent wine, finishing with gentle grip and lingering sweetness. This is very easy to drink.

2005 Acustic Celler Brao Montsant
($40) Medium red. Deep raspberry and cherry scents are expansive and strikingly pure. Juicy and focused, offering clean red fruit flavors and gently bracing minerality. This boasts excellent balance, with pure red fruit flavors clinging tenaciously to the palate. There's something almost pinot noir-like about this. (Steve Miles Selections, Denver, CO)

The 2007 Auditon is 100% Garnacha sourced from a single vineyard with 80- to 100-year-old vines. It spent 13 months in French oak. It offers a more complex aromatic array than the Brao cuvee with liquid minerals, smoky oak, incense, cinnamon, roasted herbs, and black cherry compote. On the palate this full-bodied, muscular, large-scaled effort is loaded with spicy black fruits and ripe tannin. Intense, concentrated, and impeccably balanced, it demands 6-8 years of cellaring.
